THINK COFFEE初出店ファンド
初めましてTHINK COFFEE JAPANです。
THINK COFFEEはNYで長く愛されてきた、サステナビリティにとことんこだわる美味しいコーヒーが人気のカフェです。透明性高い原材料調達や農園地域の生活向上支援、そしてバリスタへのサステナビリティ教育など、責任ある経営を通じた社会インパクトの創出とSDGsへの貢献に取り組みながら、コーヒー農園で働く人々と共に成長することを目指しています。現在NYロウアーマンハッタンを中心に十数店舗のみで展開中のTHINK COFFEEが、2022年の夏、日本に初上陸することになりました。
日本一号店は、日本のカフェ文化の中心の一つでもある千代田区神保町エリアです。こちらに現在建設中のSDGsの新たな発信拠点を目指す「神田SDGコネクション」に、NY店の雰囲気ごとそのまま楽しめる店舗をつくるため、この度セキュリテさんのお力添えをいただき、ファンドを立ち上げさせていただきました。東京はもとより日本全国のコーヒーファンの皆様へTHINK COFFEE厳選の美味しいコーヒーをお届けし、地域の皆様と共に出店エリアを盛り上げながら、社会・環境の持続可能性向上に貢献していきたいと考えております。

Greetings from the Think Coffee Japan team!
Hailing from the food and culture Mecca of New York, NY, we pride ourselves on our total commitment to sustainability. Transparency is of utmost importance in our supply chain, and we focus on tangible quality-of-life improvements in the regions whence we source our coffee beans. In addition, we strive for responsible operations – even sending some baristas to complete a portion of their training within the farming communities that supply their beans. In the summer of 2022, Think Coffee Japan will join the eleven locations in lower Manhattan to bring this exquisite coffee to you.
The first location of Think Coffee Japan will open its doors in Kanda Nishiki-cho, the heart of Japanese café culture. Think Coffee – with all the sublime atmosphere and allure of New York City – will form the core of the Kanda SDG Connection project, a planned nexus for sustainability. To this end, we are partnering with Securité for their proven track record of supporting funds for sustainable enterprises. Starting with Tokyo, we want to bring the exceptional experience of Think Coffee to the whole of Japan, while continuing to contributed to both environmental and social sustainability.
