カンボジアからご挨拶申し上げます！皆さん、良い一日をお過ごしでしょうか。今日は9月30日から10月14日までの15日間、カンボジアの伝統的なお祭り「プチュンベン」をご紹介したいと思います。また、10月13日から15日までは祝日となります。この期間中、私たちは食べ物や生鮮食品を作り、パゴダに集まって祈りを捧げ、7世代に亘る先祖に敬意を表します。
ロイヤル・トラスト・トレーディングでもこのお祭りを会社として祝い、社員と農民が一緒にパゴダへ行き、私の家族も一緒にパゴダへ行きました。パゴダへ行くのに必要なものはすべて会社が負担し、昼食や休憩も一緒にとります。これは、私たちの関係や協力関係を強化するための素晴らしい機会であり、また、私たちが祖先の死後の世界のために祈りを捧げるように、私たちは共に明るく豊かな未来のためにお互いを支え合うべきだということを思い出させ、勇気づけるものでもある。私たちの農民が、そして私たちの国が、生活の心配をすることなく、満面の笑みでお祭りを祝うことができるよう、心から願っています。

Greetings from Cambodia! I hope everyone have a great day. Today I would like share with everyone our traditional festival called “Pchum Ben” which is a fifteen-day celebration between 30th September to 14th October in which we will have a national holiday from 13th to 15th October this year. During this time, we make food and other non-perishable goods, then gather at the pagodas to offer prayer as a tribute to our ancestor going back seven generations to help them find peace and pass on.
We at Royal Trust Trading also celebrated this festival as a company where both our employees and farmers going to the pagoda together along with my family as well. The company pay for all the items needed to go to pagodas and then we also get together for lunch and relaxation for the day. This is a great occasion to strengthen our relationship, collaboration, and it is also served as a reminder and encouragement that, like how we offer prayer to our ancestors for their afterlife, we should support each other for our brighter and prosperous future together. I sincerely hope that our farmers and our country be able to celebrate festivals with a huge smile and without any worry about their livelihood.
